A New Hampshire man is charged in a cold case homicide in Maine dating back to 1993.

Maine State Police say 73-year-old Maxine Bitomski of Kittery was found dead in her home in January of 1993.

Investigators linked Bitomski to 59-year-old Daniel Jolly of New Hampshire, who worked for a medical supply company that provided oxygen equipment and services to Bitomski before she died.

Police say advances in DNA testing helped them identify Jolly as a suspect, who was arrested Thursday and is awaiting extradition to Maine.
