The U.S. Marshals Service says its investigation indicated Lamont Dolberry, had been living at a location in Maine for the past several months.

U.S. Marshals from Maine then located and arrested Dolberry, who was riding an E-Scooter near Cove Road in Winterport on Wednesday afternoon.
