A 19-year-old Waterboro woman faces charges for reportedly driving 120 mph on I-95 in New Hampshire with kids.

New Hampshire State Police say Chloe G. Marsh was stopped Sunday at 6:12 am for traveling 120 mph in a 2022 Honda Accord with a 15-year-old and 16-year-old passenger in the vehicle.

They say Marsh was one of more than 30 drivers stopped for excessive speed during a traffic enforcement effort.

She’s charged with reckless operation, endangering the welfare of a child, and operating an unregistered vehicle.

Marsh is scheduled to appear in the Hampton District Court on October 16, 2025.

Currently in New Hampshire, the penalty for driving recklessly at 100 miles per hour or faster carries a minimum fine of $620 and a 60-day loss of driver’s license.
Starting on January 1, 2026, the penalty for driving recklessly at 100 miles per hour or faster will carry a minimum fine of $930 and a 90-day loss of driver’s license for a first offense.
