Police in New Hampshire say a Biddeford man led them on multiple chases in a stolen vehicle Sunday.

According to CBS 13, New Hampshire State Police say they were asked to be on the lookout for a stolen Nissan Murano from Florida, bearing a Maine registration.

A state trooper reportedly spotted the vehicle traveling over 100 mph on I-95.

Police say they tried to pull the vehicle over but the driver sped away.

They had to call the chase off due to the dangerously high speeds and traffic conditions.

A short time later, troopers say they spotted the vehicle on I-95 again.

They tried to pull it over, but it reportedly sped away again.

The chase ended after troopers say the vehicle went off the road and crashed near Exit 5.

Police say the driver ran away but was found hiding in a marshy area about a quarter mile from the crash.

The suspect was identified as 23-year-old Emil Girard, who faces a long list of charges.

He was treated at the scene for minor injuries before being taken to Rockingham County Jail.
